Grinch Holiday Podcast Returns for Season 2
What celebrity isn’t trying out this whole podcast host thing? The Grinch sure is.
“‘Tis The Grinch Holiday Podcast” is returning for a second season! Comedian and Saturday Night Live cast member James Austin Johnson will voice the role of the Grinch, and there is a star-studded lineup of guests on the calendar. Who knew the Grinch was so well-connected in Hollywood?
The first two episodes will debut on November 25 on Wondery, Amazon Music, Spotify, and wherever else you listen to podcasts. New episodes will debut every Monday leading up to December 23, so this will carry your humorous podcast needs throughout the holiday season.
This family-friendly podcast will give listeners an opportunity to hear from a well-rounded group of guests throughout the season. From NBA stars to pro skateboarders, The Grinch has a guest who will appeal to all the citizens of Whoville.
The guest list for season two includes Jon Hamm, Danny DeVito, Lucy DeVito, John Stamos, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Tony Hawk, Brittany Broski, Tori Kelly, DeAndre Jordan, Heidi Gardner, Fortune Feimster, and Nick Kroll.
For those needing a dose of Cindy Lou’s sweetness after getting a load of The Grinch, Wondery has bonus content this season! Fans with Wondery+ can listen to Cindy Lou solve a mystery in “Cindy Lou Resc-Who to the Rescue,” an “underground” podcast led by Cindy and Max the Dog.
While a good Christmas movie during the holiday season is always a great idea, there is always room for more media, and sometimes, a podcast is what the family needs! There is not always time to sit down for a movie when the family wants to enjoy some festive content. Whether it plays while the fam is decorating the tree (after you have listened to enough carols for the day) or you throw it on the car speaker for the winter break road trip to Grandma’s — there is definitely a time this holiday season for your family to enjoy “‘Tis the Grinch Holiday Podcast.”
